We tried to sell our place a year ago, as it was too big and too expensive to keep up, for the 2 of us. We needed to downsize. We met Cindy Thorton, during a showing of a smaller house, last year and felt confident in her personality and abilities so we asked if she would be our agent and sell our home on 242 Topsail Pond Road. Cindy toured our place and gave us some excellent tips on downsizing and explained some improvements that will need to be done for inspection. When we were about to list our home, when I was diagnosed with cancer and we had to put everything on hold. Cindy stuck with us all year sending us listings as they appeared on the market. Always available to answer questions. I had to go through radiation, surgery and chemo. Then finally after almost a year, I was scanned cancer free. Tome to try again to sell downsize and move. Cindy listed our home and in a week a bid was accepted. Then less than a week later we bid on a smaller house and it was accepted. I didn't really expect to be in a new home before Christmas, both homes are now occupied with their new owners. I really appreciate what Cindy done for us, she took us under her wing and took care of us. Cindy helped us tremendously and saved us time by introducing us and showing us the new signing technology on line, paperless and immediate. She also calmed us down, especially me, during frustrating times and led us through the whole process of selling and buying. We appreciate all she done for us. Thank you Cindy.

Cindy is by far your best choice for an agent. My husband and I flew to Newfoundland to find our forever home. Cindy went way over and above to help use, and I mean over and above. She had every house on our list ready to show us. We had to fly back and were unable to be present for a lot of things that needed to be done before closing.
